Dhruv was born in India and moved to the United States with his family when he was just 13 years old. From an early age, Dhruv worked in the hospitality industry. In learning the ropes, Dhruv gained hands-on experience in all major areas of hotel operations.

Dhruv’s experience early in his career helped guide him as he successfully managed to turn around failing hotel operations by implementing proper business plans, completely reorganizing the management team and management structure to reduce redundancy and overall labor cost while increasing crew satisfaction and productivity, Dhruv has managed to consistently deliver improved profits at his hotel properties. He is always hungry and eager to learn new things, which he than hopes to bring back to his hotels for improved performance in all areas.

Dhruv worked his way through college at UT Arlington by working in hotels. During this time, Dhruv demonstrated his work ethic by working multiple jobs while attending classes full-time. Dhruv graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management Concentration. 

Dhruv’s drive for excellence extends to all areas of his life, in his free time he likes to disconnect from world and go hiking/explore most remote locations around the world where he cannot be reached easily.
