Dhruv was born in India and moved to the United States with his family when he was just 13 years old.  From an early age, Dhruv worked in the hospitality industry.  In learning the ropes, Dhruv gained hands-on experience in all major areas of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk.  

Dhruv worked his way through college at UT Arlington by working in hotels. During this time, Dhruv demonstrated his work ethic by working multiple jobs while attending classes full-time and still finding time to work out.

When Dhruv is not working in one of the Lotus Hospitality Properties, he can be found working out in the local gym. His passion for fitness drives him and helps guide his high level of discipline. 

Dhruv’s drive for excellence extends to all areas of his life. He is an avid student and loves learning new things, visiting new places, and passing his knowledge and experience on to others.
